China Philatelic Information Network (CPI), sponsored by State Postal Bureau Philatelic Items Administration Department and China National Philatelic Corporation (CNPC), designed by CNPC Information and Technology Department, begins to release philatelic information on the Internet from April 1, 1999. This English version runs from June 1, 1999.
