Background Informations:

Kung Fu and Tae Kwon Do are traditional folk sports of China and South Korea respectly. Both sports are for bodybuilding and fighting. The graceful and agile movements of kicking, striking, fighting and catching not only have high attacking and self-defense capabilities, but also are regarded as exquisite body arts and effective fit-keeping exercises. Kung Fu and Tae Kwon Do, popular among the peoples of the two countries and spread widely, have a history dating back afar and remain precious cultural heritages of the world sports history.
